Job Description Summary

As a Testing Project Manager at GE Aerospace, you will actively contribute to the testing and validation of products, solutions, and systems. Your actions impact the team’s ability to achieve service, quality, and timeliness of objectives. This role requires a high level of autonomy and significant operational judgment while interfacing with multiple management levels.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Execute laboratory and field validation testing, inspection, and data acquisition.
  • Design and construct test facilities, instrumentation systems, and develop test software.
  • Develop specialized knowledge and share best practice and quality insights.
  • Contribute to strategy, policy development, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Use technical expertise and data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Lead small projects, solve complex tasks, and build consensus among stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

This role requires significant experience in Engineering/Technology & Testing. A Master’s degree is preferred, although a high school diploma with relevant experience may be considered.
