Role Overview

The Technical Project Manager & Operations Lead role within the Digital and Electrical Systems organization drives innovation and operational improvements. You will lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering advanced aerospace technologies, manage project plans and budgets, and drive process improvements to ensure success.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute technical projects with defined timelines and budgets.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and update project dashboards.
  • Improve processes and manage daily project workflows across disciplines.
  • Support operations and maintain high-quality standards and governance.
  • Collaborate with leadership and perform data analysis for improvements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in STEM, business, computer science, or related fields with 5+ years of experience in technical project management or operations support. U.S. Citizenship is required and candidates must work in Niskayuna, NY.

Desired Characteristics

  • PMP, Agile, or similar certification preferred.
  • Experience leading diverse project teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with aerospace product development and design cycles.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay range is between 80,000 and 150,000 USD annually with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Benefit packages include health care, retirement plans, tuition assistance, and more.

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Relocation assistance is provided.
