Overview
The Staff Technical Project Manager at GE Aerospace is responsible for driving and maintaining the Genba process and associated artifacts. The role supports employee experience initiatives through digital tools, structured workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Genba Management: Lead iteration and maintenance of Genba artifacts, manage digital backlog, coordinate data collection, and support internal kickoff sessions.
- Problem Solving And Root Cause Analysis (PSR): Act as the point person for Employee Experience initiatives, provide VOC and data to support PSR activities.
- Voice Of Customer (VOC): Support quantitative and qualitative data collection, maintain VOC SOPs, and assist with digital tool leadership.
- Communications: Connect cross-functional needs, develop communication strategies for related initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications & Desired Characteristics
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of relevant experience. The candidate should have strong organizational skills, technical expertise in SOP creation, proficiency with digital collaboration tools (Miro, Smartsheet), SharePoint, and data tools (PowerBI, Excel, Smartsheet, Spotfire), along with a passion for lean methodologies.
