Overview
The Senior Technical Product Manager - Pricing plays a critical role within GE Aerospace's Sales & Marketing Commercial Operations. This role ensures that pricing capabilities are accurate, strategic, automated, and scalable across global sales and marketing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end technical execution for pricing capabilities.
- Collaborate with Pricing Strategy, Deal Teams, Data Science, and DT engineering.
- Translate business strategy into clear technical requirements.
- Oversee integration of pricing models, analytics, approval workflows and customer tools.
- Direct teams with well-defined requirements and agile backlog management.
Technical & Business Expertise
- Strong SFDC exposure and software design principles.
- Experienced in Agile methodologies and technical stack impact assessment.
- Skilled in APIs, scalability, caching, and security.
- Capable of breaking down complex problems and negotiating stakeholder priorities.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership to TPMs.
- Act as a bridge among Product Managers, UX, Architecture, and Developers.
- Conduct customer and stakeholder interviews and manage product feedback.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in technical product management (or equivalent experience). Military experience qualifies.
Additional Information
This remote position supports Eastern Standard Time Zone hours. Compensation ranges from $127,000 to $213,000 annually plus discretionary bonus. GE Aerospace offers comprehensive benefits including healthcare, retirement, tuition assistance, and more.
