Role Overview - Senior Maintenance Technician
The Senior Maintenance Technician will maintain production and facility support equipment to precise specifications. You will diagnose, repair, and calibrate mechanical, electro-mechanical, and electronic control systems for CNC machine tools, manufacturing processes, test equipment, and utility equipment.
Essential Functions
- Plan, install, maintain, rebuild, and repair machinery.
- Perform maintenance and preventive measures on electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems.
- Ensure equipment output and quality in assigned areas.
- Train production and support personnel.
- Lead special technical problem resolution assignments.
Additional Functions
- Complete work orders and log work into the Maximo program.
- Maintain proper equipment function through regular maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow lean concepts and team activities.
- Setup and operate ladders, hand and power trucks as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of maintenance experience.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly, up to 35 pounds occasionally, and over 35 pounds with assistance.
- Compliance with EHS guidelines and PPE requirements.
- Able to work in environments with moderate noise and dust/fume exposure.

Additional Information
