Job Summary
The Quality Specialist oversees quality assurance and control for manufacturing processes including root cause corrective actions, quality documentation, and managing MRB workload for LEAP and 9X production lines.
Job Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or high school diploma/GED with 2 years manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of GD&T, blueprint reading, and use of precision measurement tools
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, basic arithmetic, ISO/quality procedures
- Experience with root cause analysis and Lean/Six Sigma tools
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee quality assurance and control of manufactured components
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Interpret engineering blueprints and manage MRB tickets
- Train and mentor new team members
- Support internal and external customer satisfaction with effective communication
