Essential Responsibilities
As a GE Production Technician – Ceramic Matrix Composites 2nd shift, you will:
- Complete required training and compliance curricula.
- Participate in EHS and quality audits.
- Operate production processes such as Ply Cutting, Lay up, Autoclave, Burnout, Melt Infiltration, Grit Blast, Machining, Non-Conventional Machining (EDM) and Inspection.
- Work collaboratively in a self-directed, high performance team.
Qualifications & Desired Characteristics
Candidates must have a High School Diploma/GED, be flexible with shifts and travel for training, and possess manual dexterity. A mechanical aptitude, strong documentation skills, and previous experience operating autoclaves and furnaces are highly valued. Layup Certification and a can-do attitude are a plus.
