Essential Responsibilities

  • Complete required training in reach fabrication and compliance processes.
  • Participate in safety, quality audits, and required EHS training.
  • Operate various equipment including ply cutting, lay up, autoclave, burnout, melt infiltration, grit blast, and machining processes.
  • Actively contribute as a member of a high performance, self-directed team.

Qualifications & Desired Characteristics

  • High School Diploma / GED; Layup Certification preferred.
  • Willingness to work 3rd shift and flexibility for off shifts and travel training.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Mechanical aptitude with experience operating autoclaves and furnaces.
  • Strong documentation and computer skills with a positive can-do attitude.

Additional Information
