Essential Responsibilities
- Complete required training in reach fabrication and compliance processes.
- Participate in safety, quality audits, and required EHS training.
- Operate various equipment including ply cutting, lay up, autoclave, burnout, melt infiltration, grit blast, and machining processes.
- Actively contribute as a member of a high performance, self-directed team.
Qualifications & Desired Characteristics
- High School Diploma / GED; Layup Certification preferred.
- Willingness to work 3rd shift and flexibility for off shifts and travel training.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Mechanical aptitude with experience operating autoclaves and furnaces.
- Strong documentation and computer skills with a positive can-do attitude.
Additional Information
