Engagement Responsibilities

The Engagement and Communications Lead is expected to:

  • Organize team engagement events ranging from small-scale activities such as Massage Day to large events like sports competitions and year-end celebrations.
  • Organize conferences and summits for knowledge sharing and networking.
  • Collaborate with vendors and partners to secure event sponsorships.
  • Manage and execute town halls, including all logistical details.

Communications Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies to support organizational initiatives and change programs.
  • Coordinate and deliver communication plans for major events in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Write, edit, and produce various content types, such as campaign messaging, newsletters, and video scripts.
  • Build and manage a communications calendar with timely updates across internal platforms.
  • Track engagement metrics and improve communication effectiveness.
  • Support change management initiatives with clear and compelling messaging.
  • Advise stakeholders on communication best practices, content planning, and message clarity.
  • Ensure all communications adhere to organizational standards, voice, and brand guidelines.
