Engagement Responsibilities
The Engagement and Communications Lead is expected to:
- Organize team engagement events ranging from small-scale activities such as Massage Day to large events like sports competitions and year-end celebrations.
- Organize conferences and summits for knowledge sharing and networking.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to secure event sponsorships.
- Manage and execute town halls, including all logistical details.
Communications Responsibilities
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to support organizational initiatives and change programs.
- Coordinate and deliver communication plans for major events in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Write, edit, and produce various content types, such as campaign messaging, newsletters, and video scripts.
- Build and manage a communications calendar with timely updates across internal platforms.
- Track engagement metrics and improve communication effectiveness.
- Support change management initiatives with clear and compelling messaging.
- Advise stakeholders on communication best practices, content planning, and message clarity.
- Ensure all communications adhere to organizational standards, voice, and brand guidelines.
