About the Role
The Marketing Analyst is integral to GC AI's growth engine, translating marketing data into actionable insights that impact pipeline, revenue, and go-to-market strategy. Collaborating with demand gen, product marketing, sales, and engineering, you will help shape measurement strategies and optimize our marketing funnel.
What You Will Do
- Build dashboards and reports to track campaign performance across channels.
- Develop single- and multi-touch attribution models to measure pipeline influence.
- Analyze funnel health from lead to closed-won, identifying optimization opportunities.
- Partner with demand gen for efficient campaigns and channel insights.
- Utilize AI/ML-powered analytics for predictive insights such as churn risk.
- Track feature adoption and retention drivers to inform product marketing.
- Analyze customer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activity for sharper GTM strategies.
- Refine ICPs, IAPs, and personas using diverse data sets.
- Recommend new tools to enhance reporting, enrichment, and segmentation.
- Promote a test-and-learn culture through structured experimentation.
Required Experience
2–4+ years in marketing analytics, preferably in SaaS. A background in B2B AI or legal tech is a plus. Must have strong proficiency with marketing funnel metrics and hands-on expertise with HubSpot, GA4, Looker/Tableau/Power BI. Familiarity with relational databases and AI-enabled analytics is preferred along with excellent data storytelling skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with early-stage Series A startups and an understanding of legal tech and AI.

Compensation
Salary Range: $85K - $110K
