Role Overview

The Senior Investor Relations Manager will lead and manage all aspects of investor relations, building and strengthening relationships with institutional investors, retail shareholders, and sell-side analysts. The role ensures transparent communication of Gauzy’s strategy, performance, and vision while collaborating with the executive leadership team and legal counsel.

Responsibilities

  • Investor Engagement & Relationship Management: Develop and execute a global investor relations strategy; serve as primary contact for investors and analysts; build relationships with various investor types; act as spokesperson for Gauzy.
  • Event Planning & Participation: Plan and manage investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, capital markets days, and analyst events; organize quarterly earnings calls and investor webcasts; support C-level executives in investor meetings.
  • Communications & Disclosures: Collaborate with executive teams and legal counsel to prepare and review public communications; develop investor communications materials; ensure compliance with SEC and NASDAQ regulations; monitor market sentiment.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy: Conduct peer and sector analysis; track market trends and investor sentiment; provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Communications or related field required; MBA or CFA preferred. Minimum 7+ years in investor relations, equity research, or corporate finance with at least 3 years in a senior IR role. Experience managing IR for NASDAQ-listed companies is required, with bonus for experience with Israeli NASDAQ-listed companies. Fluency in English is mandatory, additional languages a plus. Must exhibit strong communication, organizational, and project management skills and be willing to travel domestically and internationally.
