Your Role as Senior Officer Digital Holistic Student Support Scaling

The Senior Officer supports the Digital Holistic Student Supports strategy by implementing AI-powered tools to provide high-quality digital support for students. Reporting to the Deputy Director, this cross-cutting role involves internal and external engagement, investment and portfolio management, and strategic leadership.

  • Develop and refine go-to-market and scaling strategic plans.
  • Collaborate on market research to determine target customers and strategies.
  • Lead presentations, external marketing engagements, and strategic advisory sessions.
  • Establish key KPIs and monitoring mechanisms, especially for AI trends.
  • Facilitate clear communication and resolve GTM planning conflicts.

Your Experience

Applicants should be creative, analytical self-starters with a background in developing go-to-market strategies in higher education or similar sectors. Strong quantitative, communication, and program management skills are essential. Experience in using digital infrastructure technologies and familiarity with AI/ML in student success is preferred.

Candidates must have 7+ years of relevant experience and be legally eligible to work in the job's location. A BA/BS is required while an advanced degree is encouraged.
