Gartner Analysts are industry thought leaders who create must-have insights, market predictions and best practices for world-leading organizations. The Sr. Director, Analyst role is a leadership position within Gartner’s Business and Technology Insights (BTI) group, establishing credibility at local, regional and global levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Create innovative and provocative insights content.
- Develop thought leadership and actionable guidance for clients.
- Deliver in-depth research on enterprise AI assistant and agentic vendors.
- Support sales & provide high quality content peer review.
- Mentor junior team members and drive research process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree preferred.
- 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience.
- Expertise in digital workplace evolution and AI system integration.
- Proven ability to engage executives through presentations and discussions.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
