About the Role

The Sr Data Analyst at Gartner is a key member of the Global Sales Strategy & Operations (GSSO) team, supporting a global sales force of over 5,000 associates. You will develop frameworks to structure, analyze, and report data that drive Gartner's tactical and analytical decision making and sustained double-digit growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Create visualization dashboards (Power BI) to report key metrics.
  • Develop comprehensive analytics reports, presentations and insights.
  • Solve complex data problems using structured and unstructured data.
  • Translate quantitative analysis into actionable business recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in Business Analytics or Sales Operations.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Excel (including VBA/Macros) and statistical tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to form relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience presenting insights to senior leaders using PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
