About The Sales Development Program
The Sales Development Program is designed for driven individuals who are passionate about achieving goals and solving problems. As a Sales Development Associate, you will work with the Global Business Sales or Global Technology Sales team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, supporting C-level engagement and securing new business opportunities.
What You Will Do
- Partner with Sales Executives to strategize sales territory plans.
- Complete the sales development training curriculum within 15 months.
- Generate leads through prospecting and qualifying inbound leads.
- Research companies, C-Level executives, and market trends for tailored outreach.
- Schedule calls using phone, email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
- Educate prospects on Gartner’s renowned products and services.
- Shadow or participate in calls with Sales Executives.
- Support follow up actions to drive client engagement.

What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; all majors welcome.
- Relevant experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong credibility and communication skills at the senior level.
- Advanced computer and internet research skills.
- Effective time management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and collaborate to overcome challenges.
