About The Sales Development Program

The Sales Development Program is designed for driven individuals who are passionate about achieving goals and solving problems. As a Sales Development Associate, you will work with the Global Business Sales or Global Technology Sales team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, supporting C-level engagement and securing new business opportunities.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with Sales Executives to strategize sales territory plans.
  • Complete the sales development training curriculum within 15 months.
  • Generate leads through prospecting and qualifying inbound leads.
  • Research companies, C-Level executives, and market trends for tailored outreach.
  • Schedule calls using phone, email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
  • Educate prospects on Gartner’s renowned products and services.
  • Shadow or participate in calls with Sales Executives.
  • Support follow up actions to drive client engagement.
