The Sales Business Analyst at Gartner is a strategic partner to senior sales leaders, delivering advanced data-driven insights to drive sales productivity, growth, and retention. In this role, you will develop and implement scalable sales analytics, manage critical reporting processes, and build strong cross-functional partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide actionable analytics and insights for sales strategy.
- Develop, implement, and enhance sales analytics and reporting.
- Manage month-end and quarter-end sales processes.
- Lead best practice sharing and foster global collaboration.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses and present executive recommendations.
- Support adoption of sales tools and process improvements.
- Track core business metrics aligned with financial goals.
Qualifications
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and 3-5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or consulting. Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, MS Power Apps, Teams, PPT, and PBI is essential, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
