About this role
The Operations Associate for Learning and Development plays a pivotal role in Gartner's success story. As part of the Learning Solutions & Enablement team within Talent Management & Development, you will focus on the back-end operational and logistical support of our learning programs, contributing to the skill development of Gartner associates.
What you will do
- Coordinate and standardize global training schedules.
- Manage course communications, materials preparation, follow-ups, and reporting.
- Utilize technology and existing tools to support scalable programs.
- Maintain and update Learning Portals and cloud-based content.
- Identify process improvement opportunities with leadership.
- Provide LMS support and excellent front-line customer service.
- Assist in operationalizing new learning programs and ensuring best practices.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s Degree or 1-2 years of HR/relevant experience.
- Strong problem-solving, initiative and resourcefulness.
- Excellent process, project and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PPT) with strong detail-orientation.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
