About the Role
The Executive Talent Research Partner is responsible for researching and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the talent marketplace for Gartner’s OC, OC-1, and OC-2 levels. Working closely with Executive Search Partners, the role ensures the delivery of top-tier talent and an exceptional hiring experience. The role includes market intelligence, candidate pipeline development, and building new knowledge management capabilities within the Executive Search function.
What You’ll Do
Talent Intelligence and Market Knowledge: Drive competitive research and analysis across industries and geographies. Capture, analyze, and maintain accurate candidate market data. Prepare executive-level reports and presentations that inform leadership on market trends and talent opportunities.
Executive Talent Sourcing and Candidate Management: Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create talent pipelines for succession planning. Develop innovative search strategies using market mapping, leveraging social platforms, and direct outreach to build relationships with top talent. Maintain candidate relationships and provide regular updates to Executive Search Partners and senior leadership.
Candidate Database Management & Tools Development: Optimize tools like Beamery as central repositories for candidate data by consolidating information, standardizing data capture, and generating dashboards that monitor candidate activity and market trends.
What You’ll Need
8-10 years’ professional or 6 years transferable recruiting experience in full life cycle recruitment including executive roles, an undergraduate BA/BS degree, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and candidate database systems (Beamery or similar). Must demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate with senior executives while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
