About Gartner and the Role
Gartner’s Consulting business extends Gartner Research by advising clients how to translate insights into transformational actions. The Consulting Professional Development Coordinator – India supports governance, risk, and control processes and administrative tasks for the Professional Development team across India, NA, EMEA, and Japan.
What You Will Do
- Support the PD Lead in all professional development and L&D matters.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document reporting requirements.
- Coordinate global PD processes including data collection, review, and follow-up.
- Maintain data accuracy in Gartner internal systems.
- Act as the first point of contact for tools, systems, and process-related queries.
- Research and develop process improvements and support community-building efforts.
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-3 years of professional experience with strong English language skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail, analytical and quantitative skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
