About the role

Client Success Manager (GBS HR)

Gartner is seeking a Client Success Manager to build, develop, and manage relationships with existing clients. You will regularly engage with clients virtually to understand their business priorities and recommend strategies that drive value, retention, and return on investment. This role also involves onboarding new clients to Gartner's services and collaborating with internal teams to maximize client value.

What you will do:

  • Build, develop, and manage relationships with existing clients, including C-level executives and junior professionals across various functions.
  • Regularly meet and engage with clients virtually to understand their business priorities.
  • Recommend a program of action that drives high value, client retention, and client return on investment.
  • Onboard new clients, introducing their purchased Gartner services and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal Gartner colleagues to maximize the value Gartner delivers to clients.

What you will need:

  • 3+ years of relevant professional and/or internship experience.
  • Strong customer service, communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

We believe in fair and equitable pay, with a base salary range of 70,000 USD - 101,000 USD. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our benefits include generous PTO, a 401k match up to $7,200 per year, and stock purchase discounts.
