About the Role
The Client Success team at Gartner operates under a Client for Life Philosophy, ensuring every client receives value far exceeding their investment. As a Client Success Associate, you will focus on understanding and identifying client business priorities, breaking down challenges, and recommending effective solutions. Your responsibilities include client onboarding, demonstrating the value of Gartner services, and driving engagement for products used by large client teams.
What You Will Do
- Build, develop, and manage relationships with a diverse range of clients, from C-level executives to more junior professionals across various domains (IT, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Sales) to ensure successful utilization of their Gartner subscription, leading to high customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Introduce Gartner services and capabilities to new clients and effectively communicate their value to decision-makers.
- Facilitate client calls and engagements to uncover priorities and propose action plans that deliver high value and return on investment for their Gartner membership.
- Collaborate with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize the value delivered to clients.
- Conduct regular reviews of your client portfolio, analyzing performance and key engagement metrics.
What You Will Need
- 6+ months of relevant professional and/or internship experience.
- A proven track record of success, driven by a passion for delighting clients.
- Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Gartner is committed to fair and equitable pay. The estimated base salary range for this Client Success Associate role is 53,000 USD - 77,000 USD. Actual salaries may vary based on factors like education, experience, and location. Employees may also participate in an annual bonus plan or a role-based sales incentive plan. We offer market-leading benefits, including generous PTO, a 401k match up to $7,200 per year, and the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount.
