About the Role
Our Business Development teams expand Gartner’s global presence by acquiring new clients and cultivating trust-based relationships with C-level executives. As a Business Development Executive, you will drive the full sales cycle from prospect identification to close and transition of new accounts.
What You Will Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in your territory.
- Engage Mid-Size Enterprise C-level stakeholders for full sales conversations.
- Convert prospects into active Gartner clients through effective negotiations.
- Build and manage a pipeline to meet KPIs.
- Forecast and plan accounts on a regular basis.
- Manage complex, high-revenue sales in diverse business environments.
What You Will Need
- 3-5 years’ B2B sales experience in complex selling environments.
- Experience with business development or hunting roles.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling to/influencing C-level executives.
- Ability to manage and forecast complex sales processes.
- Willingness to commute to the Gurgaon COE.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
