About the Role

The Account Manager is responsible for managing clients in the mid-market (100-500 lives) segment. In this fully remote role (with up to 15% travel), you will oversee relationship management, understand client needs, and ensure the overall success and retention of your client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an excellent client experience across the book of business
  • Execute workflows and monitor client health with KPIs
  • Manage relationships with clients and broker partners
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and member services
  • Develop reports, meeting materials, and workshops as needed
  • Travel as required up to 15% of the time

What You Will Bring

  • 5+ years of B2B account management experience in healthcare
  • Experience in driving client engagement for a SaaS solution
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A self-starter ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong relationship building with clients and brokers
  • A passion for improving the healthcare system

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range is $60,000 - $80,000 with additional commission eligibility. Further benefits include equity incentives, flexible PTO, comprehensive Medical/Dental/Vision plans, 401(k), and more.
