Overview

Garden State Tile is seeking an exceptional Residential Account Manager - Outside Sales to promote tile products to trade and professional customers focusing on residential markets.

Responsibilities

  • Promote Garden State Tile products to trade professionals.
  • Cover territories in NY (Long Island, Orange, Rockland, NYC boroughs) and NJ (Bergen, Morris, Essex, Hudson, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, Union, Warren).
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with concierge-level service.
  • Cultivate and manage new and existing relationships with tile stores, floor covering stores, interior designers, builders, and design-build firms.
  • Use CRM software, Epicor P-21, for managing leads and tracking sales.

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers a competitive base salary of $55,000 per year with uncapped commission and bonus potential. Benefits include:

Work Arrangement & Requirements

This is a remote, full-time position (Monday through Friday). Candidates must excel in relationship building, time management and have strong communication skills. A background check, including drug testing and credit history review, will be completed on final candidates.
