Operations Manager at Garden State Tile

Garden State Tile is seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to join our team at the Columbia, South Carolina facility. In this role, you will direct and coordinate all facets of the operation, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and providing a concierge level of service to a diverse client base including tile contractors, home builders, designers, and homeowners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve performance, inventory, productivity, efficiency, growth, and profitability.
  • Recruit, train, manage, support, and retain staff.
  • Provide effective and timely customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Oversee monthly and quarterly financial and operational assessments.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, federal, local, and company policies.
  • Manage orders, deliveries, and communication regarding timelines.
  • Build alliances and maintain relationships with customers and team members.
