About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to actively shape technical and architectural decisions within our team. You will be responsible for the further development and optimization of our microservices and Kubernetes architecture, focusing on performance, stability, and security. This role involves developing and continuously improving modern full-stack applications (frontend, backend, databases), ensuring code quality, scalability, and technical excellence. You will collaborate closely with product management, design, and business stakeholders to create optimal solutions. A key aspect of this role is fostering knowledge sharing within the developer team, promoting mutual learning and collective growth. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, automation, and CI/CD pipelines, and be involved in evaluating and integrating new technologies and tools, including modern AI solutions, to drive innovation and support our journey towards an AI-driven future.
Your Responsibilities
- Active participation in technical and architectural decision-making.
- Further development and optimization of microservices and Kubernetes architecture (performance, stability, security).
- Development of modern full-stack applications (frontend, backend, databases).

Your Profile
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development, with experience in complex system landscapes or under high quality/performance demands.
- Proficient in TypeScript, Node.js (e.g., NestJS), and frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Next).
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and GraphQL.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with container technologies and cloud environments (Docker, AWS, or GCP).
- Experience with microservices architectures and Kubernetes.
- Deep understanding of Clean Code, software architecture, and scaling complex systems.
- Experience with CI/CD, test automation, and monitoring.
- Strong awareness of code quality, architecture, and technical responsibility.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for contributing rather than just implementing.
- Proficient in using modern AI tools and systems (e.g., Claude, Codex, OpenClaw) for efficiency, automation, and support.
- Fluent German language skills.
