About the role
About the Role
We are seeking an IT Project Manager with at least 4 years of experience to lead and coordinate technology projects (Backend, Frontend, and QA). You will guide and empower project teams, foster trust with clients, and drive successful delivery in a positive and challenging work environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the cross-functional execution of projects.
- Track activities, report progress, gather client requirements, and ensure successful delivery.
- Plan and monitor project phases and tasks to meet deadlines.
- Manage the functional and technical scope of projects.
- Coordinate technical project teams, promoting a positive and demanding work environment for high performance.
- Analyze project progress and profitability.
- Maintain frequent and direct client relationships, acting as their partner.
- Actively contribute to Garaje's technological business development by identifying commercial opportunities and assisting in proposal preparation.
Requirements
- Experience managing technology projects with Backend, Frontend, QA, and DevOps profiles.
- Experience in remote project and distributed team management.
- Software development background: Understanding of technology terminology is crucial.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, primarily Scrum.
- Proficiency with project management tools like Jira or Confluence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Certifications in project management methodologies (PMP, PMI, Scrum Master, etc.).
- Service/client-oriented attitude.
- Strong understanding of change management and expectation setting.
