About The Role

In the role of Associate Manager, DC Learning Experience you will connect business outcomes to capability development and deployment to drive a high-performance workforce. By providing talent development expertise, you will unleash leadership and functional potential to enable our talent strategies and practices.

What You Will Do

• Build strategic partnerships with HR Business Partners, brand and functional business leaders.
• Design, create, and facilitate inclusive developmental training and experiences.
• Manage project and program development and delivery for a seamless employee experience.
• Ensure quality services and advice in meeting business partner needs.
• Manage budget tracking and expenses.

Who You Are

• A continuous learner with strong relationship building skills.
• Experienced in adult learning theories, instructional design, or leadership development.
• Skilled in managing processes, identifying integration opportunities, and process improvements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ability to learn new technologies.
• Knowledgeable in Professional & Leadership Development concepts and procedures.
