About The Role
In the role of Associate Manager, DC Learning Experience you will connect business outcomes to capability development and deployment to drive a high-performance workforce. By providing talent development expertise, you will unleash leadership and functional potential to enable our talent strategies and practices.
What You Will Do
- Build strategic partnerships with HR Business Partners, brand and functional business leaders.
- Design, create, and facilitate inclusive developmental training and experiences.
- Manage project and program development and delivery for a seamless employee experience.
- Ensure quality services and advice in meeting business partner needs.
- Manage budget tracking and expenses.
Who You Are
- A continuous learner with strong relationship building skills.
- Experienced in adult learning theories, instructional design, or leadership development.
- Skilled in managing processes, identifying integration opportunities, and process improvements.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; ability to learn new technologies.
- Knowledgeable in Professional & Leadership Development concepts and procedures.
