About the Role

In this role, you are responsible for the design, development, programming methods, processes and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse "big data" sources to generate actionable insights and solutions for businesses across the company. You will support the team to build the Data and Analytics capabilities, enriching the analytical platform in partnership with GapTech, PDM & Business.

What You'll Do

• Develop software programs, algorithms and automated processes to cleanse, integrate and evaluate large data sets.
• Manipulate diverse data sets and collaborate on data pipeline preparation.
• Build, validate, and maintain AI/ML and deep learning models, optimizing performance.
• Develop statistical models and perform ad hoc business focused analysis.
• Communicate actionable insights from large data and metadata sources to stakeholders.
• Participate in diverse projects and assignments.

Who You Are

• Advanced proficiency in R, Python, Spark, Hive, and common scripting languages.
• Expert in SQL for large datasets in on-prem and cloud environments (e.g., Azure).
• Experienced with ML and predictive techniques including logistic regression, decision trees, ANN/CNN, SVM, and Tensorflow.
• Capable of detailed analysis and summarizing findings into strong recommendations.
• Effective collaborator with cross-functional teams to influence product and analytics roadmap.
• Adept at presenting detailed problem analysis with creative, logical solutions.
