Co-Founder (Industrial AI-IoT)
About Us
Aperture Venture Studio builds and launches startups at the intersection of AI, IoT, and Cloud (AIoT), focused on industries like manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, and infrastructure. We are not just supporting startups; we are building companies from the ground up with shared R&D, marketing, and infrastructure support.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead or co-lead a startup from concept to market.
- Define product, strategy, and go-to-market approach.
- Work closely with shared R&D and marketing teams.
- Drive customer discovery, validation, and early traction.
- Build and lead your own team over time.
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership.
- Ability to work in high-uncertainty, fast-moving environments.
- Strong execution and problem-solving skills.
- Interest or experience in AI, IoT, cloud, or industrial sectors.
- Leadership ability to build and manage teams.
Eligibility
- Business / CEO-type profiles (strategy, growth, partnerships).
- Technical / CTO-type profiles (AI, IoT, cloud engineering).
- Industry experts (manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, etc.).
- Product-focused individuals with 0→1 building experience.
- Prior startup experience is a plus (not mandatory).
