The company was founded by Ábrahám Ganz in 1844, and later, in 1878, Ganz Electric Works was established, whose legacy we proudly carry forward. Thanks to our pioneering engineering team, we manufacture unique high-voltage electrical equipment – transformers and their associated steel structures, as well as motors and generators. In addition, we provide service activities and offer smart business solutions to our clients in Budapest, Tápiószele, and Szolnok.

Business Controller, Service Business Unit

The following tasks await you:

  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual controlling reports, as well as other regular controlling analyses.
  • Examination and optimization of E2E processes in collaboration with other departments.
  • Understanding production processes, defining, measuring, and analyzing KPIs.
  • Contribution to annual business planning and preparation of monthly plan-actual analyses.
  • Liaison with other departments and managing emerging needs.
  • Active participation in the development of controlling processes and systems, compiling new reports and corporate decision-making materials.

What We Expect From You:

  • Higher education in a relevant field (Economics/Accounting BSc/MSc).
  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Intermediate English language proficiency.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of controlling, finance, and accounting.
  • Basic understanding of business processes and their interconnections.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive mindset.
  • Basic-Advanced level Excel and ERP system knowledge (SAP is an advantage).
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Category B driving license.
