Finance Business Partner Wholesale
We’re hiring a Finance Business Partner to connect numbers with strategy. You will provide insights, support operational decisions, and drive performance across our wholesale business.
Your Mission & Responsibilities
As Finance Analyst & Business Partner for Wholesale and Pricing, you will play a key role in turning data into insights that drive real business impact. You will bring clarity, structure, and actionable recommendations to support both strategic and operational decisions, helping the business perform at its best.
Together with the rest of the Business Finance team, you will act as a trusted advisor to the organization. You will be working at our head office in Paris and will be part of a team with strong ties to the CFO and budget holders across regions, channels, and functions.
Our ambition is to drive commercial and financial performance by turning data into actionable insights, ensuring transparency and awareness of performance across the entire organization.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Finance Business Partnering: Be the trusted partner for the Wholesale channel, translating complex financial data into clear insights, guiding decision-making, and helping teams act with confidence and purpose.
- Financial Planning, Analysis, and Reporting: Build frameworks, deliver in-depth analysis, and lead reporting that uncovers trends, risks, and opportunities across inventory, product profitability, and supply chain costs, enabling smarter, fact-based decisions.
- The analysis of Wholesale performance will include: Invoicing and Order book tracking, customer portfolio and margin analysis, building business cases for future partnerships.
- Pricing: Define and monitor prices for wholesale clients.
- As and when needed, analyze pricing performance and product / collection / channel margins.
Must Have Requirements
- MSc Economics or diploma in business administration or similar background.
- Hands-on experience working as Finance Business Partner or Business Controller for at least a couple of years.
- Expert user of Excel including experience with analyses and complex modeling – both financial and commercial. Experience with Google Sheets is a plus.
- Experience from the fashion industry and/or related experience from other industries such as FMCG or similar is a plus.
