Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Engineer with Palantir Foundry certification and a strong background in enterprise data engineering, large-scale data migrations, and cloud-based data platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering complex data integration solutions, designing scalable data pipelines, and working closely with business and technical stakeholders in enterprise environments.
Job Description:
- Palantir Foundry Certification (Required).
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise data engineering, data migration, or large-scale data integration projects.
- 3+ years of leading end-to-end data migration or multi-system integration initiatives within enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, including Pipeline Builder, Ontology, Contour, Code Workbook, and Workshop.
- Strong client-facing experience collaborating with business leaders, enterprise architects, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience delivering large-scale migration projects involving multiple source systems, high-volume datasets, data harmonization, and phased production deployments.
- Domain experience in one or more industries such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities, Retail, or Public Sector.
Technical Skills:
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Experience with PySpark and exposure to TypeScript/JavaScript for data pipeline development.
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools such as AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, Informatica, Talend, Matillion, or Fivetran.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, including data services, IAM, networking, and security.
- Strong knowledge of modern data warehouse and lakehouse technologies, including Snowflake, Databricks, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, Azure Synapse Analytics, or Delta Lake.
- Experience integrating AI/LLM technologies into data engineering workflows using platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or Azure OpenAI.
- Familiarity with ontology concepts, semantic data models, or knowledge graph technologies such as Neo4j, Stardog, RDF, OWL, or Palantir Ontology.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
