Your Responsibilities as a SIP-Customer Account Employee
- Creation of offers and calculations for wholesale customers and sales partners.
- Follow-up on offers and monitoring of deadlines.
- Consulting and support for business partners and wholesale customers via phone and email.
- New setup of sales partners in systems and maintenance of master data.
- Sending product documents and information material.
- Categorization and activation of sales partners.
- Participation in sales projects in collaboration with wholesale partners.
What You Bring to the Team
- Successfully completed commercial training.
- Ideally, several years of professional experience in inside sales.
- Independent and self-reliant working style, as well as strong team spirit.
- Excellent communication skills via phone and email.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Good English language skills, both written and spoken.
