Job Description
The Opportunity
We build mobile loyalty/rewards apps that motivate people to discover and play games, earning real-world rewards as they go. Think high-scale B2C products with millions of installs, complex funnels, and performance-driven growth. We’re expanding our UA team and looking for a hands-on Senior User Acquisition Manager with direct experience in the loyalty/rewards app space (or very closely related). Your first mandate: take ownership of Google as the primary growth engine, and—where relevant—unlock Meta and additional channels. You’ll manage 7-figure monthly budgets, scale efficiently, and solve tricky tracking and attribution challenges.
This is not a generic gaming UA role. We’re specifically seeking someone who knows how to operate rewards/loyalty style apps and can hit the ground running.
What You'll Do as a Senior User Acquisition Manager
- Own and scale Google (App Campaigns, YouTube, UAC for iOS/Android) with ruthless focus on CPA/ROAS/LTV.
- Activate and iterate on social (esp. Meta), influencers, CTV, and other mobile channels as impact justifies.
- Run creative experimentation end-to-end with Design: briefs, hypotheses, rapid testing, and learning agendas.
- Build clean reporting (dashboards, cohorts) and push systematic optimizations (bids, budgets, audiences, geos, placements).
- Partner with Product to align UA with features, onboarding flows, and monetization; test our apps and key competitors to inform growth moves.
- Manage partners (ad networks, influencers, app stores) and negotiate for performance.
- Continuously test new bets (channels, geos, formats) with clear success criteria and kill rules.
Requirements
- Relevant domain experience: UA for loyalty/reward apps (or directly adjacent) and familiarity with their unique challenges.
- 3–7+ years in mobile UA (we’re flexible on years if the niche experience is strong and hands-on).
- Deep Google expertise in app growth; Meta proficiency is a strong plus.
- Proven ownership of 7-figure monthly budgets and hitting efficiency targets at scale.
- Experimentation mindset: hypothesis-driven testing, clear metrics, and disciplined decision-making.
- Strong communicator who can present insights to senior stakeholders and collaborate tightly with Design & Product.
- Ownership & bias to action: you see around corners, preempt blockers, and create leverage for the team.
Nice to Have
- Experience with CTV and influencer performance programs.
- SQL/BI comfort for deep dives and cohort analysis.
- Familiarity with creative automation workflows and asset-level diagnostics.
Benefits
- Real impact at scale: Own a major growth lever on a flagship product category.
- Hybrid work: 3 core office days in Hamburg for collaboration; flexible hours otherwise.
- Relocation & visa support: Assistance to move to Hamburg; support for settling in (including language stipend).
- Wellbeing & growth: Mental health support, learning budget, and a modern office with great amenities.
