Uncover Hiring Manager

Job Description

Product Delivery Manager

We’re a rapidly scaling digital product company transforming the rewarded advertising category. We’ve grown quickly over the last few years and are expanding the team with people who want to build, ship, and improve high-quality digital experiences.

As Product Delivery Manager, you’ll serve as the day-to-day execution engine for the product and engineering organization. You’ll partner closely with the CTO, engineering leads, Product, QA, and Design to make sure initiatives from core roadmap features to fast experiments move smoothly from concept to release, with strong quality standards.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys creating structure in dynamic environments. You’ll put effective delivery routines in place, orchestrate releases, drive estimation and planning, keep documentation disciplined, and ensure operational execution runs cleanly.

Key Responsibilities

Execution & delivery
  • Run the full delivery lifecycle across backend, frontend, mobile, QA, and design.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, refinement, and daily coordination to maintain pace and alignment.
  • Drive accurate estimation, strong task decomposition, and realistic commitments.
  • Monitor progress, spot risks early, and remove blockers before they affect timelines.
  • Keep releases predictable by tightly coordinating with engineering, QA, and product.

Operational excellence
  • Create, maintain, and continuously improve delivery workflows, internal processes, and documentation standards.
  • Ensure task write-ups are consistently clear: requirements, acceptance criteria, and expected outcomes.
  • Keep the backlog structured and easy to navigate in partnership with product and engineering leads.
  • Set up clean communication paths and streamline handoffs between teams.
  • Support post-release reviews, retrospectives, and ongoing process improvements.

Cross-functional coordination
  • Align product priorities with engineering capacity and design readiness.
  • Make sure teams have the right context and inputs at each delivery stage.
  • Coordinate with Design so UI/UX assets arrive on time and match the agreed scope.
  • Work with QA to ensure strong test coverage, unambiguous acceptance criteria, and quality in every release.
  • Take on operational tasks that keep the development organization running smoothly day to day.

Team support & structure
  • Reinforce accountability, clarity, and transparency across teams.
  • Help teams maintain an effective execution rhythm by staying organized and focused.
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and gaps — then drive practical improvements.
  • Support onboarding through clear workflows, solid documentation, and repeatable structure.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Delivery Management, Project Management, Product Operations, or a similar role in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of software delivery across backend, frontend, and mobile.
  • Hands-on experience running sprints, planning releases, managing estimation, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organization and communication — you create clarity for others and can manage multiple parallel workstreams.
  • A highly operational mindset: you’re energized by execution, structure, and efficiency.
  • Comfortable partnering closely with engineering leads, product, design, and senior leadership.
  • Startup / high-velocity experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with delivery/project tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Notion, Linear, or similar).

Benefits

  • A pivotal execution role within a global digital product used by millions of people.
  • The opportunity to design and evolve delivery and operational practices in a high-growth environment.
  • High ownership, visible impact, and real influence over how the company ships product.
