About the Role
We are seeking a native Chinese-speaking Account Manager to join Games Factory Talents and manage a portfolio of Chinese mobile gaming advertisers. In this fully remote role, you will own the entire client relationship lifecycle, from launching partnerships and driving performance to running ongoing optimizations and fostering long-term client relationships. While this is a remote position, a preference exists for candidates based in Europe to facilitate communication between Chinese and European teams, though flexibility is possible for exceptional profiles.
The business focuses on enabling Chinese advertisers to execute rewarded and performance-based campaigns in various international markets, currently including the United States and France, with plans for further global expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage an initial portfolio of approximately 7 Chinese gaming advertisers, with an expected growth to 10-12 partnerships.
- Oversee end-to-end account management, including kick-off, launch, continuous optimization, and identifying growth/upsell opportunities.
- Cultivate strong relationships and trust with Chinese stakeholders through confident and structured communication in Chinese.
- Balance performance outcomes with quality requirements, ensuring internal KPIs align with advertiser expectations for traffic quality and performance metrics.
- Design and optimize multi-reward funnels by adjusting payouts, refining reward structures, and adapting funnel designs to enhance results.
- Conduct regular client calls (monthly/quarterly) and maintain consistent daily communication.
- Collaborate effectively with internal product, operations, and performance teams to swiftly resolve issues and improve partner outcomes.
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities, such as securing additional budgets and integrating new titles, to drive scaling across existing partnerships.

- Increase partner prioritization and enhance the frequency and quality of collaborative engagement.
Requirements
- Native proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese.
- Professional fluency in English for internal collaboration.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in performance marketing or account management, specifically within mobile gaming or a closely related performance environment.
- Possess strong analytical skills and comfort working extensively with performance data and key performance indicators.
- A confident communicator and adept relationship builder, capable of managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Proactive and autonomous, comfortable thriving in a fully remote work environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience working directly with Chinese mobile game developers/publishers, or prior experience at a competitor serving Chinese gaming advertisers.
- Familiarity with mobile performance marketing workflows, attribution models, and the optimization lifecycle.
- Experience with rewarded advertising, incentive funnels, and payout structuring.
