About Our Client
Our client is a lean, remote-first mobile game studio specializing in casual and idle-RPG games. Their titles are specifically designed for incentivized traffic, leveraging offerwalls and rewarded networks. The game progression, milestones, and economic models are precisely tuned for Cost-Per-Engagement (CPE) style goal funnels and the unique constraints of rewarded traffic.
The Role: Senior UA Manager - Incentivized Growth
This is a foundational User Acquisition (UA) role focused on incentivized growth. You will take full ownership of profitably scaling user acquisition across offerwalls and rewarded networks. This encompasses managing the partner portfolio, executing campaigns, ensuring quality control, and precise measurement. This is a hands-on, operator position where Return on Investment (ROI) is the primary success metric. Given that rewarded UA is highly analytical rather than creative-led, you will establish and run a rapid, data-driven loop. This involves deep analysis of funnels and rewards placement, diligent quality monitoring, and making swift scale-versus-cut decisions based on leading indicators and reliable data. You will initially focus on a newly launched title and expand your efforts to additional game releases later in the year.
Key Responsibilities
- Offerwall Growth Operations: Source, onboard, and manage a comprehensive portfolio of offerwall and rewarded partners, including tests, launches, cap management, tiering, and pacing strategies. Build and optimize CPE goal funnels, defining milestone ladders, payout tiers, and performance guardrails. Conduct weekly partner scorecards and make data-driven decisions to scale, pause, renegotiate, or block partners. Reconcile partner reporting with attribution data, handling clawbacks, anomalies, and invoice disputes. Proactively protect quality by identifying fraud and low-quality patterns (e.g., abnormal completion timing, device/source anomalies, chargebacks) and coordinating corrective actions with partners.
- Measurement, Dashboards, and Tooling (Singular): Own Singular as the central operating tool, managing integrations, configurations, partner setup, event mapping, attribution windows, and postbacks. Independently troubleshoot tracking issues, including partner-side validation, missing events, and mismatched counts, to ensure data integrity. Build and maintain robust dashboards and establish a regular reporting cadence, integrating with existing internal tooling to streamline the overall UA measurement workflow.
- Product Feedback Loop (Built for Incentivized): Collaborate closely with the product team to enhance offerwall performance. Provide insights on milestone pacing, early progression, economy tuning, and event design specifically for CPE funnels. Translate data-driven learnings from partner performance into concrete product test recommendations. Contribute to establishing repeatable UA routines and a "numbers-first" operating framework across the studio.
What Success Looks Like (First ~6 Months)
- A reliable UA operating system is fully implemented, encompassing dashboards, reporting routines, QA checks, and a clear decision-making framework.
- Singular is completely optimized with clean integrations, accurate event mapping, dependable postbacks, and efficient debugging capabilities.
- Multiple active A/B tests and partner experiments are running, yielding clear conclusions and actionable next steps.
- A robust partner network is established beyond the initial set, demonstrating disciplined portfolio management.
- ROI goals are consistently met, supported by a credible plan for scaling spend once metrics are proven and stable.
Requirements
- Proven, hands-on experience managing incentivized User Acquisition on offerwalls and rewarded networks.
- Demonstrated ability to personally operate the core UA loop: partner reporting, meticulous reconciliation, strategic scale/cut decisions, and proactive quality control.
- Strong analytical proficiency with Sheets/Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, handling messy data exports, and performing sanity checks.
- Capability to independently own and manage a Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) like Singular, covering integrations, event mapping, postbacks, attribution settings, and debugging.
- Comfort working in a small, remote-first team environment with high autonomy and direct collaboration with founders.
- Fluent English communication skills.

- SQL proficiency for self-serve data analysis (e.g., using Metabase).
- Experience in designing event schemas and milestone funnels tailored for offerwall constraints.
