Overview

The Defined Benefit Sr. QA Analyst is responsible for examining business and functional/system requirements to ensure that system implementations meet quality, reliability, usability, and performance standards. This role includes mentoring junior and intermediate team members, managing stakeholder communications, and ensuring documentation is updated and accurate.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Act as SME for technical and functional issues.
• Mentor and coach team members on technical aspects.
• Lead training efforts and promote continuous team development.
• Review and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and system specifications.
• Perform data analysis, manage production issues and ensure process integration.

About You

You should have 5-6 years of experience in a similar role with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, or Technology. Familiarity with Defined Benefit systems, automated testing tools, and project/test management tools is essential. Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills are a must, along with the ability to work under deadlines and deliver quality work.
