How You'll Make an Impact

The Client Service Manager I is accountable for delivering high quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients with day-to-day account management. Responsibilities include:

• Managing an assigned portfolio of accounts efficiently.
• Building and solidifying client relationships through exceptional ongoing care.
• Leading the renewal process alongside the Production team.
• Securing business and driving additional service sales.
• Coordinating resources to address client risk management needs.

About You

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree with 0+ years of client service and/or claims management experience, or a High School degree/GED with 3+ years experience. A Producer's License and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required. Preferred qualifications include insurance knowledge and solid financial acumen.

Behavioral attributes include proficiency in technology use, strong written and verbal communication skills, consultative engagement, and effective multi-tasking in a self-directed manner.
