About the Role
Gallagher is seeking a remote Client Service Manager to join our small business division. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, building client relationships, and collaborating with sales teams. You will manage accounts with relatively simple to moderately complex needs, focusing on client retention, satisfaction, and growth. This is a 40-hour work week position, operating Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 7:00 pm central time.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Deliver high-quality, efficient service to external clients through day-to-day account management.
- Manage a group of similar-sized accounts with simple to moderately complex needs.
- Successfully and profitably manage account renewals each month.
- Build, solidify, and expand relationships with existing clients through ongoing care.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of solutions, driving sales of additional services through referrals.
- Contribute to key business outcomes including client retention, satisfaction, and growth.
About You
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of client service and insurance experience, OR High School degree/GED with 3+ years of client service and insurance experience.
- Active Property and Casualty license.
- Dependable Internet access.
- Ability to balance inbound phone calls, tasks, and emails effectively.
- Comfortable building rapport over the phone and engaging clients in consultative discussions.
- Effective management of multiple, sometimes competing, priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- EPIC experience.
- Proficiency in using technology (Microsoft Office, etc.) to maximize productivity and quality.
- Scheduling flexibility.
