Overview

How You'll Make An Impact
- Apply claims management experience to analyze and resolve claims.
- Interact extensively with parties to facilitate claim resolution.
- Provide exceptional customer service to claimants.
- Follow policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Document and communicate claim activity efficiently.
About You
Ideal candidates have a background in Workers Compensation claims with jurisdictional experience in MD & VA and hold active adjusters' licenses in these states.
Responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims.
- Collaborate with clients to deliver innovative claims solutions.
- Plan, prioritize, and solve problems to serve claimants optimally.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years of claims experience
- Appropriate licensing in all states where claims are handled
- Knowledge of industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with claims related software

- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of claims experience
