Overview
Jurisdictions: Colorado required. Arizona and Utah experience are a plus.
Licenses: No license required.
Location: This role is eligible for fully remote work.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Apply claims management experience to analyze and resolve claims.
- Interact with various parties for effective communication.
- Provide exceptional customer service exhibiting empathy.
- Handle claims per client and corporate policies, procedures and ethics requirements.
- Document and communicate claim activities timely and efficiently.
About You
Ideal candidates for this position will have a minimum of 3-5 years of workers compensation adjusting experience, including handling a lost time/indemnity desk and litigation. Colorado jurisdiction is preferred, with Arizona and Utah experience seen as a plus. No active adjusters' licenses are required.
You will investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims, applying your analytical skills to make informed decisions. Collaborate with clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process while planning and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 2 years related claims experience
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with claims and business software
