We are looking for a motivated entry-level analyst — a fresher or experience B.Com, M.Com, or relevant master's graduate — who is eager to build a career in real estate finance. No prior industry experience is required.
Role Overview
Assist in reviewing monthly property financial statements — income statements, balance sheets, and variance reports. Support the preparation of financial summaries and reports for internal review.
Skills & Qualities We Look For
- B.Com, M.Com, or relevant master's degree in Finance, Commerce, or Business.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel — this is non-negotiable.
- Basic understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) from academic studies.
- Attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and large datasets.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in EST / PST (US time zone) hours from New Delhi.
- Self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently in a remote setting.
- Eagerness to learn real estate finance — no prior real estate experience needed.
