The Role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Engineering to lead the technical strategy, development, and execution of our next generation bank core, Cyberbank Core. This leadership role is responsible for building services, infrastructure, and data pipelines that power our lean core banking platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the technical vision and delivery execution.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.
  • Ensure the platform enables rapid, compliant product development.
  • Attract, retain, and develop top engineering talent.
  • Drive design and implementation of secure, scalable SaaS services.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Deep expertise in cloud-based solutions and resilient design.
  • Strong agile development and communication skills.
  • Experience with AWS, modern stacks, and banking backends.
  • Bi-Lingual in Spanish/English.

Compensation and Benefits

The base pay range for this role is $192,000 to $330,000 USD, with potential bonuses and long term incentives. Comprehensive and competitive benefits are offered.
