Java Full Stack Developer


Job purpose

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React while delivering high-quality, secure, and performant solutions. The role is responsible for building microservices, developing modern user interfaces, integrating applications with AWS cloud services, and contributing to system architecture, performance optimization, and CI/CD automation. The position also collaborates with cross-functional teams, mentors junior developers, and ensures adherence to engineering best practices to support reliable and business-critical digital solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable enterprise applications.
  • Build and maintain Microservices using Spring Boot.
  • Develop modern React user interfaces and reusable components.
  • Integrate applications with AWS cloud services.
  • Participate in system design discussions and architecture reviews.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability.
  • Mentor junior developers.
  • Ensure adherence to security and coding standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code.
  • Exposure to Financial Services or Banking domain.
  • Experience with Event-Driven Architecture.
  • Knowledge of Observability tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana).

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
