Role Summary

The Head of Ethics & Compliance EMEAC leads the compliance function in the EMEAC region, acting as the primary advisor on all compliance matters. This role works closely with senior management and regional leaders, ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks and strengthening a culture of ethical integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide thought leadership and drive compliance strategy across the region.
  • Oversee Galderma’s compliance program and ensure regulatory alignment.
  • Chair the EMEAC Risk & Compliance Council effectively.
  • Manage and coordinate the compliance network, including Country Compliance Officers.
  • Implement compliance training and monitor auditing systems.
  • Advise on regulatory changes and update compliance policies accordingly.

Skills & Qualifications

Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree (lawyer qualification preferred), 10-15+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology/medical devices, 5+ years of in-house experience, and solid expertise in healthcare compliance and regulatory frameworks in the EMEAC region.
