The Role: Research Policy Analyst

As a Research Policy Analyst at Galaxy, you will work on analyzing major policy issues, monitoring regulatory developments and legislative efforts affecting the digital asset ecosystem. You will generate research for internal and external clients, policymakers, legislators, and institutional investors utilizing on-chain data, market insights, and Galaxy’s unique industry perspective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze U.S. Federal and State regulatory and legislative policies.
  • Monitor and interpret policy developments and assess their impact.
  • Develop rapid response strategies and identify government vendor opportunities.
  • Produce written reports, client notes, and briefings.
  • Collaborate between Galaxy Research and Policy teams.
  • Build and nurture relationships with industry stakeholders.
  • Serve as a thought leader and consultant on crypto topics.

What We’re Looking For

Applicants should have 3+ years of experience in financial services policy, strong knowledge of the digital assets ecosystem, and excellent communication skills. Ability to drive projects independently is essential.
