Who You Are

Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, you are a data-driven, creative marketer who thrives at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and storytelling. You combine an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think big — developing and scaling performance marketing programs that drive measurable growth for GalaxyOne’s suite of financial and digital asset products.

You’re equally comfortable analyzing campaign performance metrics as you are brainstorming innovative acquisition strategies. You know how to balance precision with experimentation, blending quantitative rigor with creative flair. You enjoy collaborating across product, compliance, and creative teams and can translate complex data into actionable insights that move the business forward.

Most importantly, you’re motivated by GalaxyOne’s mission: empowering individuals to engage confidently with both traditional and digital markets through transparent, performance-focused financial products.

We are looking for this person to be located in the US, within Eastern Time Zone.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute GalaxyOne’s performance marketing strategy across paid digital channels including search, display, social, programmatic, and affiliates to drive efficient growth and acquisition.
  • Develop full-funnel media plans that balance brand visibility with direct response efficiency, optimizing campaigns for key business outcomes such as client acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Partner with internal teams including product, data, design, compliance, and finance to align performance marketing initiatives with company objectives and regulatory standards.
  • Launch and scale new channels. We’re just getting started and this role is pivotal to building out GalaxyOne’s growth foundation.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and media partners to manage budgets, negotiate buys, and ensure best-in-class execution across all digital campaigns.
  • Implement a test-and-learn framework, leveraging A/B testing, attribution modeling, and advanced analytics to identify growth opportunities and refine targeting and messaging strategies.
  • Analyze data and performance trends to uncover insights, optimize spend, and communicate results to leadership with clarity and strategic recommendations.
  • Bridge brand and growth marketing, ensuring that all paid initiatives reflect GalaxyOne’s mission, voice, and premium positioning in the market.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience working on digital and performance marketing programs with demonstrated success managing multiple performance channels such as paid search, paid social, display, and affiliates — ideally within fintech, digital assets, or consumer financial services.
  • Proficiency with affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, CJ, Cake).
  • Proven success in building and scaling performance marketing channels to hit growth targets and balance efficiency.
  • Strong analytical acumen and experience with attribution methodologies (first touch / last touch / multi-touch), incrementality, and full-funnel measurement. In other words, a deep understanding of performance metrics: CPA, LTV, ROAS, CTR, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data to improve conversion rates, reduce CAC, and maximize ROI.
  • Lead creative testing and iterate based on insights.
  • Experience working on cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Familiarity with ad networks, marketing technology and data tools, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, programmatic DSPs, CDPs like Segment, and analytics tools like Databricks, Mixpanel, Posthog, Excel and GA4.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to gain buy-in across teams.
  • A self-starter with a collaborative spirit, creative problem-solving skills, and a passion for advancing the future of finance and digital assets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Bonus Points

  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in financial services or crypto markets.
  • Knowledge of SQL and can self-serve your own analytics when needed.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus.
  • Flexible Time Off (i.e. unlimited paid vacation days).
  • Company paid Holidays (11).
  • Company paid sick leave.
  • Company-paid health and protective benefits for employees, partners, and other dependents.
  • 3% 401(k) company contribution.
  • Generous paid Parental Leave.
  • Free virtual coaching and counseling sessions through Headspace.
  • Opportunities to learn about the Crypto industry.
  • Smart, entrepreneurial, and fun colleagues.
  • Employee Resource Groups.
